  • NEDA - accepted and endorsed project proposal on Tacloban Urban Mangrove Development to foreign funding institutions.
• Foreign Organization: UNDP - provide financial assistance for composting project at Brgy. Sto. Niño, Tac. City through DOLE GTZ through EnRD-UDEM - supports TWG meetings, CRM workshops, SWM, SoER and EMP.
