Accomodation for Kanhuraw Convention Center






PHP 7,000 / hr.-   Air-conditioned rental for eight (8) hours, with sound system
1,000 per hour in excess of eight (8) hours
PHP 5,000 / hr.-   Non-air-conditioned rental for eight (8) hours, with sound system
800 per hour in excess of eight (8) hours


TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Minimum use of eight (8) hours including time to set up decoration, etc.
  • Decoration sign lettering (backdrop), flowers, setting and table arrangements shall be the responsibility of the hall user.
  • Sound system with three (3) microphones shall be provided by the KCC In-Charge.
  • Tables shall be provided by KCC users.
  • KCC shall provide plastic chairs (black color) up to a maximum of four-hundred (400) pieces only.
  • Liquors are not allowed inside the hall, except when there is written permission by the City Mayor/City Administrator. Kind and quality shall be specified.
  • Losses or destruction of any equipment utensils, etc. shall be the sole responsibility of KCC user.
  • Smoking inside the hall is prohibited.
  • Time extension for use of the hall shall be made through a written request duly approved by the City Mayor/City Administrator prior to the occasion, and shall be subject to additional payments in order to avoid problems regarding subsequent use of the all by other KCC users and to give KCC staff time to rest.
  • Closing time is exactly 12:00 Midnight only (12:00 MN)
