731 Taclobanon families graduate from 4Ps
“Kun ha pakabulig, dako an pakabulig han MCCT (4P’s) han pag-aruasensohay han akon pamilya,” says Lilineth Garcia, 45, a resident of Brgy. 91, Abucay, Tacloban City.
The Garcia Family has just graduated from the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program after two of their four siblings have graduated from college, one is now a policeman assigned in Calbayog City, and the other, an IT graduate who recently got a job hiring call. The Garcia couple, Lilineth and Egmedio, MCCT (4 P’s) recipient from 2014-2021, has nothing but thankfulness in their hearts to DSWD and CSWDO for changing their family’s life.
“Pugay-Tagumpay” Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4P’s) Graduation Ceremony pays tribute to the beneficiary-families whose lives have been improved by the program. Ninety-nine (99) families who belong to the first batch of the 731 Taclobanon families whose lives have been considered to have improved for producing college graduates from the program, and for not having 0-18 years old children anymore graduate from the program this week.
Meanwhile, in compliance to the Covid-19 minimum health standards, CSWDO opted to divide the first batch of graduates into 25 beneficiaries per day from June 21 to 24, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Tacloban City Youth Hub. Other batches are about to graduate in July.
