Spearheaded by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office 8 in coordination with the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO), the objective of the activity was to equip the participants with skills that will not only enable them to please their customers but also make them enjoy their work even better.
Moreover, it was also intended to let the front liners understand the importance of service excellence; discover their critical role in providing excellent service in each organization; practice professionalism as they provide service to the public.
According to the HRMDO, front liners need to know their responsibility to provide the first-rate service to the constituents that go to the different offices in City Hall.
