Distribution of Certificate of Award to GMA Kapuso Village took place this afternoon, October 27, 2021, at St. Francis Village, covered court.

Before handing over the certificates, the CHCDO ensured that all beneficiaries were ready by escorting those who forgot to bring their IDs with a government vehicle back to their residences and back on-site for their IDs.

100 Taclobanon beneficiaries received said certificates as confirmation that they are to be given “Pabahay” housing units at GMA Kapuso Village under the Yolanda “Pabahay” Housing Project which was planned by our City Mayor, Hon. Alfred Romualdez.

The release of land titles to said beneficiaries will soon take place as they await their future homes. Atty. Anacleto Lacanilao III spoke on the behalf of our City Mayor reminding everyone to get vaccinated at the New Bus Terminal and Tacloban City Convention Center, both of which are accommodating walk-ins.
