An Image Enhancement Seminar was sponsored by the City Government of Tacloban for the 75 Enforcers of TOMECO on Tuesday, as part of its efforts to professionalize and transform the image of the traffic office.

Suzzanne Jocson Bangsil, Image Enhancement Advocate and Trainer was invited by Mayor Cristina G. Romualdez to be the resource speaker of the event, which focused on personality development and values formation.
