Drivers of Public Utility Vehicles were flagged down by Officials of the Land Transportation Office, Highway Patrol Group, TOMECO and LTFRB along Real Street on Thursday morning for the Oplan ‘Harabas’ or the Random Drug Testing of the PDEA and the New Beginnings Drug Rehabilitation Program.

Some commuters were irked by the unannounced drug testing as it was conducted during rush hour when most of the passengers were rushing to work. Meantime, PDEA said it will be conducting the random Drug Testing every month.
