LOOK: About 60 residents in barangay 97 Cabalawan received their live birth certificates from the City Government of Tacloban under Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez and Plan International during the distribution held Friday, February 21.
On behalf of Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez, his son, Raymund Romualdez together with City Civil Registrar’s Office (CCRO) Head Imelda Roa and Plan International Project Officer Arianne Huelva led in the distribution to the beneficiaries from Ridgeview and Cabalawan proper.
The said beneficiaries were identified by the Plan International, while the local government waived the registration fees, said CCRO.
Meantime, as part of the 30th Civil Registration Month celebration, the City Civil Registrar’s Office will be offering free late registration of birth certificates for Taclobanons next week, February 26-28, 2020.
