LOOK: Two farmer-producers associations in the northern part of the City received Php8 million worth of livestock component under the Yolanda Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program (YRRP) from the City Government of Tacloban and Department of Agriculture Region 8 on Wednesday, January 29, 2020.

The recipient-associations namely; Sta. Elena Farmer-Producers Association and Paglaum Farmers Association were given construction materials for duck houses, brooders, incubator gilts, boar and livestock feeds during the turnover ceremony at the Sta. Elena Gymnasium.

Mayor Alfred S. Romualdez together with City Veterinarian Dr. Eunice Alcantara led the distribution of livestock materials that will benefit about 100 farmer-producers from the said associations.
